Regal Jewels Return & Exchange Policy

At Regal Jewels, we want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully:


Return/Refund Policy

Applies to ONLINE ORDERS ONLY.

  • Customers have 24 hours from the time of receiving/signing for their package to notify us of an intent to return the item for a refund.
  • Notification must be sent by email to info@regaljewels.com. Our team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your request.
  • Once confirmed, we will issue a FedEx Express/UPS Express return label.
  • After the item is received by Regal Jewels, it will be inspected for wear, damage, or alteration.
  • When approved, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee (if applicable) and a $35 return shipping charge.
  • Important: Regal Jewels reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is found to be worn, damaged, altered, or misused while in the customer’s possession.

Final Sale Items:

  • Orders with customization or work done (such as ring/bracelet sizing, coloring, plating, engraving, or adjustments) are FINAL SALE.
  • Custom orders are also FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Affirm + Shop Pay Installments

  • Returns on items purchased with Affirm Financing or Shop Pay Installments will incur a 10% processing fee, in addition to the $35 return shipping charge.
  • This fee will be deducted from the final refund.

Exchanges

  • Customers have 72 hours from the time of receiving/signing for the package to notify us of an intent to exchange.
  • Please call 773-262-4377 or email info@regaljewels.com to initiate the exchange.
  • We will work with you to help you find a replacement piece you love, whether online or in-store.
